Movie Review Of "Furious 7"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Furious 7" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

In addition this movie is a sequel to six previous "Furious" movies. I must say though that I did not see any of the previous ones and went in to watch this one only and I still enjoyed the movie. But if you wanna check out the other movies first before coming to this review then that is a good plan as well.

The movie starts off with Dominic Torreto played by "Vin Diesel" and Letty Ortiz" played by Michelle Rodriguez who are at a race tournament with fast cars. Things go well and Letty wins the car race at the end but then ends up punching a guy because she is troubled by what happened in the past. I would like to point out that this was a good way to start out with the movie. Why you ask? Well quite simply it creates a little bit of car action at the beginning of the movie. After all the movie "Furious 7" deals with cars, especially in all previous movies as well.

Ian Shaw played by "Jason Statham" is the main bad guy in the movie. At the beginning of the movie he goes into a federal building to steal the identities of the whole crew of Dominic. This is because Ian is seeking vengeance for his brother from the previous "Furious 7" movie. Although Ian has to fight Luke Hobbs played by "Dwayne Johnson" to get the information from the computers. I liked the fight sequence in this because the fight lasts a long time, and it sets up the rest of the movie. But in the end Ian gets away with the information he needs on Dominic's crew and Luke ends up going to the hospital for a broken arm.

Ian then attempts to take out Dominic, Mia played by "Jordana Brewster", and Brian Oconnor played by "Paul Walker". Ian doesn't kill any of them but that leads the group to go after Ian shaw by tracking him down and taking him out. But in order to do this the whole crew: Dominic, Brian, Letty, Roman Pierce played by "Tyrese Gibson, and Tej played by "Ludacris would have to go attack an armored car and get a lady who was most familiar with a tracking program. The whole crew attacks the armored car and a whole scene of car action and guns ensue creating awesome on-screen chaos. I love this part of the movie because the whole gun sequence on cars was well done and it definitely kept the audience entertained in the movie. In addition people were jumping out of cars back and forth and it created a lot of suspense in that people were wondering who would fall hard into the road.

They finally get the lady they were looking for in the armored cars known as Megan Ramsey played by "Nathalie Emmanuel". There was one problem though and that was that the contact that was supposed to have kept the "tracking program" ended up selling it to a billionaire. But wait it gets worse this guy has the tracking device in a very expensive car that is all the at the top of a skyscraper building. How is that for the ultimate nail biter? Anyways the whole crew tracks the car to the top of the building by being invited to a party. They crash the party and then steal the car. This is where the movie gets even more interesting. Dominic and Brian take the car and travel across different buildings by going out the windows and then landing to nearby buildings. Sounds fishy but it made the movie really cool and as I mentioned above it shows that the movie is a "car" type movie. They finally escape with the tracking program and then are able to track Ian's location.

In the end of the movie the crew tracks Ian Shaw but some of the crew have drones coming after them to take them down. In order to stop these drones from tracking them they have to hack the system and then bring down the network. They finally bring down the system and are able to get to safety peacefully. Meanwhile Dominic and Ian are on the roof fighting each other in a hardcore matchup with fists and some mobile weapons. An enemy helicopter comes and ends up blowing up the roof sending Ian to his death, while Dominic ends up getting away. Although Dominic is injured during the chaos, but Luke who is injured at the beginning of the movie shoots a big cannon gun taking out the helicopter. This leads the whole gang to come together to see if Dominic is okay. At first it seems as if Dominic is dead, but in reality he is not. The whole groups ends up being okay after all the aftermath. The reason why I liked the ending is that they show Dominic remembering all previous versions of Furious 7 history with Brian (played by Paul Walker) and the gang. I liked the setup a lot and I think the directors probably wanted to do this to give memory for "Paul Walker" who actually died in a car accident in real life. Side Fact: They had to do the rest of the movie with another actor and then use computers to put Paul Walker's face for Brian in the movie.

At the end of the movie the whole gang is at the beach remembering that life is precious and that everyone should live peacefully with their children. I like the ending of the movie because it brings a whole sense of the entire film and what was trying to be accomplished. Now that you have seen the entire movie what did you think of the plot? The action sequences? The ending? What would you as the director of "Furious 7" have done to make the movie a little more exciting? Do you think that the movie was exciting as it was laid out?

Movie Review of "Insurgent"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Insurgent" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

For starters before going on with this review readers should know that that is a sequel to another movie known as "Divergent" so if you haven't seen that movie yet either I would recommend you see that first before watching "Insurgent".

The movie starts off with Trice played by "Shailene Woodley" and Four -- also known as Tobias Eaton --  played by Theo James going on the run trying to figure out how they are gonna take down the evil leader of the Erudite, Jeanine, played by "Kate Winslet".

At the beginning Trice, Four, and Peter -- played by "Miles Teller" are in the peaceful Amity Stronghold. There they devise their next move and decide what they should do next. Although things quickly heat up as Jeanine of Erudite needs a "Divergent" to open the box by completing all the trials. She sends her army to go and see if they can find Divergents for the experiment. When the Erudite army gets to the Amity Strong hold they search for Divergents but end up finding Trice, Four and Peter. The man to lead the Erudite soldiers is an old friend from the Dauntless faction Eric, played by "Jai Courtney". Eric attempts to apprehend the group but fails to get them. Although Peter is the one who revealed where they were and decides to change sides temporarily. I liked this part because it sets up past faction members against each other and creates a nice plot point for the movie. I also like how the movie begins with some much needed gun fighting action as it allows the audience to ease into the movie nicely.

The movie then follows Trice and Four who meet up with a faction-less group that doesn't belong to any type of faction. The leader of the group is Four's Mom who is responsible for trying to lead the faction-less group against Jeanine and Erudite. The problem is that the group is pretty big in size but they need Four and Trice's Dauntless group as well to come together to overthrow Erudite. I thought that this was a good part of the movie as well but they could have done a little more to spruce it up. They could have added a few more scenes where Trice and Four interacted more with the faction-less group. Nonetheless during this time Trice was forced to go to Jeanine to do her experiment trial to open the box that needs a divergent.

Towards the end of the movie Trice goes to Jeanine and the movie shows a couple of scenes where Trice is doing the trials to open the box. This was my favorite element of the movie in that Trice was completing certain trial in a virtual world but if she died in it it would kill her permanently. But before this Trice had met her brother Caleb Prior played by Ansel Elgort, once again since the first movie "Insurgent". Peter from the beginning of the movie who switched sides, decided to switch back again to Trice's side and helped her escape along with Four who came back with Dauntless and Faction-less to rescue Trice along with taking out Jeanine of Erudite. I liked this surprise in the movie because it was unexpected for Peter to switch sides again so I think the movie did a good thing by creating suspense on this part.

Anyways at the end of the movie Trice completes the final trial and unlocks the secret to the box. The truth was that divergents were not the problem but the five factions were the problem. Divergents who take all factions were the thing that combined all factions into one. Jeanine made every effort to eradicate Divergents but she ended up being wrong. The people who built the cube finally allowed the factions to go past the gate with their people. Before that all factions were always known to be inside of a wall where they could never leave. I liked the ending of the insurgent movie itself, but I haven't read the books so I can't comment on the books at all.

But overall the movie was really good as there is a lot of action, love, and drama in it. It is one of those movies that keep you entertained straight through where you don't realize how much time has passed. With this movie I thought it was well done other than wanting to see more of Faction-less in the middle part of the movie, it was a very enjoyable movie to watch. What would you have done different if you were the director of the movie? Would you change any of the scenes around or keep the movie just the way it is?

Movie Review Of "RunAllNight"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "RunAllNight" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

The movie starts off with Liam Neeson's character "Jimmy Conlon" in a bar thinking about what has happened to his life and why he keeps having nightmares about all those people he had assassinated on certain jobs. Much of the audience at this time won't know why the movie begins like this but by the end of the movie it wraps it up greatly so it will make sense later. Having said that we like the beginning setup of the movie. In addition Jimmy talks to a "Detective" played by Vincent Dinofrio who wants to arrest Jimmy with more proof about all those people he had assassinated a long time ago. The detective can be seen later throughout the movie a few times.

The movie then has "Shawn Maguire" played by Ed Harris chat with Jimmy Conlon about being his friend and protecting him till the end of time. Shawn Maguire has a son "Danny Maguire" who brings him a business consult with a major drug dealer. Shawn Maguire though isn't happy with this arrangement and tells his son to forget about the deal. The problem with this is that Danny has already received money from these drug dealers in exchange that he would be able to make a deal with his father. This initial setup in the movie was a good idea as it creates multiple conflict points between each character who is struggling with some type of problem.

Danny Maguire then decides to invite the drug dealers over to his place to pretend to give them their money back. The catch of this movie is that Jimmy Conlon has a son named "Mike Conlon" played by Joel Kinnaman who is a driver for various clients. In this instance he was driving these drug dealers to Danny Maguire's location. Mike has been doing a mentor program so he sees the kid he mentors come out onto the street and tries to convince him to go home. But the kid stays there with them and they both witness Danny Maguire killing the last drug dealer out on the street. This was a pretty good twist in the movie because the audience never saw this conflict occurring. Therefore the director did an excellent job of creating a suspenseful moment and keeping the audience interested.

Mike saw everything and quickly goes home to see if his daughters and wife "Gabrielle" played by Genesis Rodriguez are safe from harm from Danny. A surprise knock on the door comes out of nowhere and it is pretty spooky at first. Anyways while the audience believes it to be Danny coming right away to kill Mike it ends up being Mike's father Jimmy. They exchange a few words and then Jimmy leaves the house but decides to wait outside in case there is a problem of some sort. Danny finds the house and decides to go in to kill Mike and they struggle. But Jimmy who has been an assassin for the Maguire's for years has to end up killing Danny before he can shoot his son Mike. This was a good part of the movie because it sets up the synopsis for the rest of the movie.

For the rest of the movie Jimmy is forced to protect his son Mike from the police and from Shawn Maguire's henchman who are trying to kill them both for revenge over his son's death. There are a lot of car chases, gun sequences, and other cool action packed parts. We have to say that the movie did well with all the action sequences so if you are a full blown action fan you will definitely like this movie a lot it doesn't disappoint in that department. I like the different action aspects of the movie where there are multiple different locations that fighting takes place. At one point Shawn hires a hitman to chase after both Jimmy and Mike throughout the movie as well.

Towards the end of the movie Jimmy comes after Shawn Maquire and ends up chasing him down and killing him. But does so in a manner where he still respects him even as he is dying because they had been through so much together over the years. Jimmy goes to the cabin to meet his son Mike, Gabrielle, and two grandchildren. Jimmy says he wants to turn himself in and ends up meeting the rest of the family. As Jimmy waits in the cabin Mike, Gabrielle, and the kids go out by the lake area. The hired hitman goes after them and Jimmy is quick to help them out. As Mike is close to being killed by the hitman Jimmy is already wounded but gets one last good shot into the hitman. As Jimmy lays there dying he holds in his hand a note in which he wants to confess all the assassination he had done during his career. This comes back to where I mentioned about the lead detective wanting to find out the names of the people he had killed. That was a good move in the movie because it captures  a sense that Jimmy all along was not a cold-blooded killer but wanted to clear his conscious.

Overall we liked the movie it created a good story line both at the beginning and at the end. It kept the audience engaged through car chasing, gun fights, and other thriller type action sequences. This was a well made movie and it seems that Liam Neeson just might be back in the game. The other movies Liam did like the "Taken" franchise were good too, just in our opinion not as good as "RunAllNight" was. What did you think of the movie? Do you think the directors did a good job of keeping the audience engaged? Were there any parts of the movie you would have changed to make it better?

Movie Review Of "Chappie"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Chappie" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

The movie starts off with a lot of police droids monitoring the city and maintaining law. These droids, which are lightweight and have structures like humans, were created by a guy in the movie named Deon Wilson -- played by Dev Patel. His creations are the perfect police droids but there is an opposition in the movie. Because Vincent Moore -- played by Hugh Jackman -- is trying to get his huge robot droid approved for use but is nowhere near good as Deon Wilson's droids. I actually like the setup in the movie because it allows for a good conflict in the movie. Without this conflict the movie concept would have been flat.

Deon Wilson though is seen through the movie struggling to create a program that will give a robot the ability to have feelings and think like a human. This leads Deon Wilson to steal a droid that was almost destroyed in a previous gun battle against a gang of criminals. Deon is able to upload a chip that is able to give the robot the ability to learn stuff like a human. This is a good setup for the movie because it allows the robot to learn stuff and keep the movie interesting. In addition it adds a lot of comedic elements to the movie that keeps the audience entertained so it was a welcomed addition.

Before this droid being hurt in a battle with criminals another gang leader known as Ninja played by "Watkin Tudor Jones" is trying to pay off a debt to those criminals from the beginning of the movie. NInja has a squad of people under his belt including his love interest Yolandi Visser. Together they need to pay back millions of dollars to a major criminal mastermind in order to avoid death. Ninja and his crew decide to kidnap Deon Wilson to try and get him to turn off all the robots he has created. Although Deon states that he is unable to do so but the robot he has with him named "Chappie" by Yolandi is to be used by them. Deon sets conditions that he wants to come by and teach the robot how to do art and learn other types of stuff. This part of the movie confused me because they had chappie acting like a kid while learning new stuff. I think this brought about the wrong sense of the movie because a robot can learn to do stuff without acting like a child. The main premise of the movie was that the robot starts off as a child and then learns to do stuff like humans.

Ninja teaches the robot to do gang stuff like steal cars, and commit crime. On the other hand Deon wants to teach the robot how to be a human and do good deeds. Throughout the movie Chappie becomes attached to Yolandi, who defends him a lot from Ninja. I think that this part of the movie was pretty dull they could have spiced up this part of the script slightly by adding a few other things. Maybe they could have had Chappie go out with Yolandi into the city and get reactions from the townsfolk -- the movie just needed something different.

During this time Vincent is plotting to shutdown all the police droids in the city so that Sigourney Weaver's character -- plays a company CEO that decides about what robots are used for police use -- can approve Vincent's big robots. Towards the end of the movie Chappie is approved for death by the company CEO and Hugh Jackman goes to kill Chappie with his big clunky operated droid robot. At this time the main mastermind criminal from the beginning of the movie goes after Ninja and his crew. Deon goes to save his robot Chappie, and Chappie attempts to protect all the people he is attached too. Chappie is able to take out Vincents big droid and then later on Vincent ends up being crushed by Chappie. This part of the movie adds a lot of action so it is a good part of the movie. The only problem is that this action comes at the end of the movie only. To make the movie better the director should have had more action throughout the movie not just the beginning and end.

In the end of the movie Deon Wilson is hurt but chappie finds a way to transfer his consciousness to another robot body like his. This allows Deon to live as a droid like chappie at the end of the movie. In addition Yolandi dies but chappie saved his "mother" -- Yolandi -- by putting her mind on a hard drive stick. The movie ends with Chappie and his creator Deon living together with Ninja and then activating Yolandi. I think the end part of the movie is pretty good so I have no argument there. The movie overall was pretty good for watching some action and comedic elements. There were some points in the movie that could have been touched up slightly to keep the audience a little more engaged. The script could have used some fine tuning as well. Overall it was a good movie and should get a decent amount of sales but it is not a blockbuster type movie.

Movie Review Of "Focus"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Focus" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

The movie starts off with Will Smith's character "Nicky" pretending to be conned by Margot Robbie's character "Jess". Nicky knows the con that Jess is playing all along but still chooses to continue with it just to play along. In the opening sequence Jess along with a friend of hers attempt to rob Nicky but he already knows the con. I will be frank here I did not like the initial setup, and I thought maybe the director could have started the movie off with a better start. What I would have done would have been maybe to add an action sequence at the beginning something that would entice the audience to stay hooked from the beginning.

After that Nicky along with other colleagues who are con artists as well test Jess in order to determine if she is skilled enough to join them. They do many small thefts here and there by stealing peoples watches, phones, purses all the while distracting them. Ultimately Jess ends up joining the crew and they end up with a lot of money. They end up with about $1 million dollars and the movie is set up with Nicky gambling on players in the field with Jess to entice a rich man next to them to join in on the party. Nicky intentionally loses just so he can double up the money in the end. The whole part of that scene though was that Jess was unaware that it was a con and she was left out of the loop. Eventually Nicky ends up doubling the original $1 million dollars but then ends up giving Jess some thousands of dollars and then leaving her. I thought this was an okay part in the movie by showing another big con but at the same time it didn't make sense in the story line. I mean from the beginning both were in love and then next thing you know Nicky is abandoning Jess? I think the writing here and some other parts of the movie could have been better.

The movie then ends up with Nicky meeting up with "Gariga"some years later to pull off a heist against "Mcewen" played by Robert Taylor. There are a few things in the movie that we don't know about. The first one is that Jess from the beginning of the movie pretends to be Gariga's lover/girlfriend. Secondly Nicky's father who he mentions throughout the movie pretends to be a bodyguard. NIcky's father "Owens" played by Gerald McRaney. I thought that these were good twists to the movie and it made it more interesting and keep the audience entertained. For anyone that watches a lot of other tv shows that have a lot of twists and turns that are unexpected then you know what I'm talking about. The directors have done an excellent job with the twists in the movie that nobody sees coming.

Nicky ends up selling Rodrigo's real plans to MCewen and to 8+ other buyers to rack up a lot of money. Rodrigo catches onto this plans and ends up locking both Nicky and Jess together in an undisclosed location. Also there secretly unknown to Jess is Nicky's Father. Nicky knows that his father is there though so he is not worried. But Nicky asks his father to really shoot him to make it believable to Rodrigo. This was a good part in the movie and I thought it was done well but throughout the movie I would have liked to see some more action scenes maybe which could have made the movie that much better.

In the end Will smith ends up getting out from there with his father Owen and his love interest Jess. Although the father has always been a con man so he ends up taking all of the millions of dollars leaving Nicky and Jess with nothing. In addition both are walking to the hospital slowly that they find but Jess did end up stealing that one watch she was after from Rodrigo. I thought the ending was okay, but not the ending I would have done. I mean they could have made the ending slightly a little more appealing. For instance I would have made a more happy ending with Nicky, Jess, and Owens all sipping martinis at a bar or something a little more enticing to the audience.

Overall the movie was slightly good at the beginning but really good in one part of the middle portion. In addition some parts before the end were okay too. The only gripe I had was that in the middle of the movie I was having a hard time to want to watch. But the good news is that it picked up later so it wasn't too bad. For those of you who have seen the movie what did you think about it? Did the directors go the right direction with the ending  of the movie? Did the story line appeal to you? or could they have done a better job with the movie? Let me know in the comments below.

Movie Review Of "Jupiter Ascending"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Jupiter Ascending" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

The movie starts off with a mother and father who have bad luck because a mob comes in and kills the father. At this time the mother is pregnant with a daughter who will one day be known as Jupiter Jones. Mila Kunis' character known as Jupiter Jones who was predicted to be someone special in the future will ultimately end up being an important person in the movie. In the meantime Mila lived with her mother and a family who would take care of them on the notion that they would go around cleaning houses and especially toilets for money. We would say that the set up in the movie was a good one and it catches the audience from the start.

In the next part of the movie one of the main villains known as Balem Abrasax was played by Eddie Redmayne who was the sole owner of the planet Earth. At first glance this sounds kind of odd and as the movie progresses you tend to understand what is going on. Balem is a villain who finds out that Jupiter Jones is the rightful owner of the planet earth so he dispatches his goons to go and eliminate her from ever claiming her rightful possession of Earth itself. Balem though is surrounded by two siblings: One brother and one sister. The one brother is known as Titus played by Douglas booth and a sister known as Kalique played by Tuppence Middleton. All three siblings were born from a Mother who was a Queen in a higher royal family that would "harvest" people from planets to stay alive for thousands of years. At this point of the movie it starts to get weird and I don't think the actor is at fault for that but it's quite possible. Balem seems too overplay his part as a villain and in some parts of the movie it makes you wonder why they made these scenes so over the top. I normally don't have a problem with Villains but Eddie Redmayne seemed to have taken his part overboard. Again that could be the Director's fault or the actors fault but in either case the Villain character should have acted differently.

At the beginning of the movie though Jupiter Jones is in trouble and "Caine" played by Channing Tatum comes to her rescue. The beginning part of this rescue starts off with a lot of aerial combat with ships and lasers so that kept me entertained throughout the movie. To be honest maybe some more combat in the 2 hour long movie would have done the movie more justice than a lot of the dialogue. So in short here the movie has a lot of action sequences to keep you entertained but some parts of the movie lacked proper dialogue.

Anyways Caine ends up rescuing Jupiter Jones and meeting up with an old friend named "Stinger" played by Sean Bean who has been hiding out in Earth after he was stripped of his wings as a commander of Caine's group. Stinger took the blame for what Caine did a long time ago by attacking a person randomly and it cost him his position. I would say that this part of the relation setup between Caine and Stinger was good and is part of the reason why the movie was enjoyable. These actors seemed to have a good type of synergy between themselves as ex-hunter fighters and it pretty much made the movie bearable. They meet up and then they are tasked with Jupiter going to the galaxy zone where all higher royals go to claim their estates -- in the case of these royals their planets like earth for example. Jupiter goes there and claims Earth by going through a DMV like center. I will say that this was an odd part of the movie but if you have seen other Wachowski brothers' movies like "The Matrix" then it is not all that out of this world unbelievable.

The movie then entails two different plots one where Titus attempts to persuade Jupiter Jones to marry him so that he may finish off his mother's work. Ultimately it is a lie and Titus' main plan was to murder Jupiter after the marriage arrangement. As other parts of the movie Channing Tatum's character Caine comes to Jupiters' rescue. The other part of the movie entails Balem Abrasax rescuing Jupiter's Mother and family and forcing her to sign the planet Earth over to him. In the end like before Caine comes to rescue Jupiter in the end and the movie ends with some action sequences. I will say that I kind of liked the plot but thought that it could have been slightly better. By that I mean maybe the Wachowski brothers could have had all the siblings on the same side achieving the same goal to all be rightful owners of Earth. By splitting up the movie that way it kind of ruined it for me but nonetheless what they did too with the action in between was pretty good.

In conclusion Jupiter Ascending was a pretty good movie. If you are into a lot of action and fighting then it lives up to that but don't expect the best movie dialogue and character development you will ever see. Go into the movie thinking this is a space movie with a lot of action in it. The dialogue being changed around slightly with a different plot may have made the movie a better success. I will say though if you are those type of sci-fi fans that love space movies then this won't be all that bad. Just please don't go in the movie expecting "Star Wars" or "The Matrix" and you will be just fine. A few changes in the acting like from the villain Balem Abraxas played by Eddie Redmayne would have done huge justice to improve the movie. Other than those faults listed above it was a decent movie to see. What would you have changed about the movie? Was it a pretty good movie to sit down and watch through?

Movie Review Of "Kingsman: The Secret Service"

The next movie to be reviewed will be "Kingsman: The Secret Service" movie. I will be listing some good and bad things about the movie while kind of giving it a summary of what happens. There is a lot of ****SPOILERS **** in this review so if you haven't seen the movie yet I wouldn't read this further until after watching it.

The Kingsman movie starts off with Colin Firth's Character Harry Hart who is on a mission with a recruit of his but fails to check the prisoner for a pin to a bomb. The recruit jumps on the enemy bad guy and then saves everyone else in the room including his mentor Colin Firth. This was a good starting point to the movie because it set the stage up for the rest of the movie I wouldn't have done anything different for the opening part of the movie I thought it was done well by getting the audience wanting more answers.

In the next part of the movie Harry Hart visits the dead recruits' son eggsy -- played by Taron Egerton --  and wife.  Harry bestows upon the kid a necklace of the kingsman. Eggsy is kind of a street kid in trouble later when hes grown up because his mom had to settle for a lowlife scum after his father died in service and always argues with him. Eggsy gets in trouble after stealing a car from one of his Mothers boyfriends henchmen and ends up going to jail. This is where he reads the back of the necklace and calls up Kingsman to come help him out of the tough jam. Personally I think the movie could have done away with this part because I don't think it brought much to the story to bring Eggsy's family into it. This is because we don't get to see them throughout the movie so in my opinion the director could have just had eggsy steal a random person's car and it would have served the same purpose.

The movie brings Eggsy to be recruited by Harry who allows the mastermind of computer operations to train him along with other recruits. The recruits learn to fight, shoot and do other crazy tasks just to be able to get into the kingsman organization. They must do some pretty wild stuff like having to skydive off a plane, run for miles, learn to shoot. The training also entailed tests that gave the recruits the decision of spilling their guts about the organization or sacrificing their lives to keep the organization a secret. I thought that the training part of the movie was nice it helped to set up how Eggsy and other recruits learned how to fight and be excellent marksmen against their opponents. I wouldn't have changed anything about the training part of the movie.

The main villain of the movie was Samuel Jackson's character known as "Valentine" is set to take over the world by convincing political leaders that a majority of the population must be eradicated in order to keep the human population of earth going. Valentine sets up a factor that builds many random chips that can lock in to peoples brain's and force them to fight each other and rampage against each other. Valentine though is a different kind of villain in that he is quirky and funny at times and other times he gets down to business. He has a bodyguard though is a female bodyguard that has hooks as feet and can slice people with them. There were a couple of funny parts of the movie where Valentine has Harry Hart over for dinner and has a tray of McDonalds ready to be served. I thought that the movie did a good job adding some comedic elements into a seriously violent based movie so that's a good thing that was accomplished. Some weird remarks could have been avoided though in the movie like at the end when Eggsy promises to save the princess in the prison cell who was abducted by Valentine. This is because the girl agrees to be sexed after Eggsy goes and saves the world. Things like that are for a mature audience thus the movie was Rated "R" but some elements just don't need to be added in the movie.

At the end of the movie its Eggsy along with only one of the other recruits -- female recruit Eggsy met at training -- to take down Valentine's operation. Eggsy also still has his esteemed computer Wizard from the Kingsman who helps hack the network slightly so they can stop the  master plan from continuing. Anyways at the end of the movie Eggsy does a lot of fighting and ends up fighting Valentine's main bodyguard woman who is ultimately defeated by being poisoned by a slice of Eggsy's shoes with blades attached to them. Eggsy finished off the movie by killing Valentine by throwing a spike right through him and then saving the world. They also at the end added a piece of what happened at the beginning of the movie where Harry Hart took out the henchman of Eggsy's Mothers boyfriend. I thought that the fight scenes in the movie were done quite well and I wouldn't honestly have changed any of that part of the movie. I liked how they set up the fight scenes but the story of the movie could have been slightly better.

All in all the movie was enjoyable and I thought it was a good movie. Everyone has their own opinions on the movie but I thought it was one of those "see once" type movies. You see it once and you are satisfied you don't need to watch it again. I think that the movie was done well and as such I think it deserves an 8 out of 10 rating. It has a lot of action -- fighting -- and there are some other parts of the movie that keeps you tuned in. Towards the end though having the villain be more comical and less serious kind of takes away from the movie in my opinion. What did you think of the movie? Could there have been instances of the movie you would have liked to fix to make the movie better? Was the story line a good story line or was it a boring movie? Let me know in the Commends below!
